This is an elegant ground floor apartment (sleeps 4) within a grade B listed Clocktower Building, which is situated on the outskirts of Perth at Huntingtower. The warm, comfortable accommodation is modern, tastefully decorated and in a perfect central position for visiting Perthshire and all areas of Scotland.
The large lounge with the big sofa and comfortable armchairs is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. It has a mix of antique and modern furniture and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. There is a patio door for access to the garden with the millstream running through it and the original mill wheel on the fringe. Guests are invited to pick flowers to decorate their rooms and herbs from the herb garden for their use in the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, hob and oven and everything else you will require for a meal in the dining room and even a picnic hamper for days out.
The bathroom has a full size bath with lots of hot water and an overhead shower. Toiletries and a hair dryer are there for your use. Each guest is supplied with towels.
The 1st bedroom has a super kingsize bed or twin beds to suit you. There is an ensuite with a luxury double walk- in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a super kingsize bed or twin beds to suit you.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables and plenty of storage drawers. Bed linen and comfortable pillows are on all the beds.
WIFI and Sky TV are fitted for your free use. There is a wide screen TV, DVD player and music centre and plenty of books, magazines and games for you to enjoy.
There is a dedicated parking space and free on street parking.

The Garden Flat is ideally situated for sightseeing, hill walking, fishing and golf. Perthshire has over 40 golf courses, including Gleneagles which is only a 15 minute drive from the Clocktower. St Andrew's and Carnoustie are 1 hour away. The river Almond is a short walk along the millstream path which borders the Clocktower and it feeds in to the nearby River Tay with it's famous salmon beats. The 15th Century Huntingtower Castle is a short walk from the Clocktower.

- Sunday 6th July. Elton John and his band are coming to McDiarmid Park in Perth. The Garden Flat is near to McDiarmid Park.
- August 28th to 31st. Johnnie Walker Golf Championship at Gleneagles.
Across the road are the grounds of the 4-star Best Western Huntingtower Hotel. 5 minutes drive will take you to Gloagburn Farm Shop and Restaurant. 5 minutes away there is a large Tesco Store. The Garden Flat is only 2 miles from excellent shopping in Perth. Perth is the Gateway to the Highlands and is a city which boasts some excellent restaurants, Scone Palace, Branklyn Garden, Perth Racecourse , St John's Kirk, Balhousie Castle the home of the Black Watch Regimental Museum, Perth Theatre, leisure and fitness centres and many speciality shops as well as the high street stores. Perth has won the Britain in Bloom floral award for many years.
